   Juan Araya is the Practice Leader of the IBM Systems for GBM in Central America and the Caribbean, Computer and Systems Engineer from the Universidad San Martín de Porres in Peru and IBM Champion for the IBM i Platform.

   Peruvian, with more than 15 years of experience in the field of technology. Previously in Peru he served as team leader for the Power platform and IBM i Solutions. Currently, in addition to being the practice leader he is a tutor of the IBM i and AIX academies within the University of GBM. Expert and Certified Administrator in the administration of IBM i, AIX and IBM Storage, High Availability and DB2 solutions for IBM i.

   Juan Araya es Líder de la Practica de Sistemas IBM para GBM en Centro América y El Caribe, Ingeniero de Computación y Sistemas de la Universidad San Martin de Porres de Perú e IBM Champion para la Plataforma de IBM i.

   De nacionalidad peruana, con más de 15 años de experiencia en el campo de tecnología. Anteriormente en Perú se desempeñó como líder de equipo para la plataforma Power y Soluciones de IBM i. Actualmente además de ser líder de practica es tutor de las academias de IBM i y AIX dentro de la Universidad de GBM. Experto y Administrador certificado en la administración de sistemas IBM i, AIX y Almacenamiento IBM, soluciones de Alta Disponibilidad y DB2 para IBM i.
