Alejandro (Alex) Lazzaro is a Professional Services Senior Technical Consultant at Fortra. He works on Powertech and Robot implementations for customers in Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
He started working with the IBM i back in 2005 with IBM as an IAM Administrator. He then started as a Junior Admin in 2006 where he worked on environments with BRMS Networks and HA solutions and was later recruited by ACS (then Xerox and finally Atos) in 2011 as a Senior IBM i Administrator.

A 50-year IT veteran, Randy Watson has spent the last two decades helping IBM, IBM business partners, and customers manage and analyze performance and capacity on the Power Systems platform for IBM i, AIX, VIOS, and Linux. Most recently, he added analyzing AI/ML Power environments by monitory GPU metrics.
