Brij has 22+ years of experience in the software industry with a background focusing on different phases of software development life cycle including program management, requirements capture, analysis, design, and solution architecture.He has worked in various industries including Finance, Telecom, and Manufacturing filling the positions of Program Manager, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Team Leader. He currently works at American First Finance as a Senior Director of Software Engineering.

Marci is a Lead Software Developer at Dayton Freight Lines and has over 25 years’ experience. She's worked in multiple industries, including transportation, insurance, manufacturing, and education. She has worked in various roles on a multitude of projects including leading full system conversions and integrations with other systems. Marci uses this combined experience in conjunction with the full Software Development Life Cycle to deliver successful projects of various scale.

Sapan has over 25 years of proven expertise as a high-performing IT professional.
