Jennifer Hollister Yoga
An E-RYT Yoga Teacher, Trauma Based Yoga Therapist and Trauma Psychotherapist, Jennifer has an extensive background in mental and physical health for over 20 years.
Jennifer teaches a variety of yoga styles in addition to Yoga Therapy, stress relief and meditation classes. She offers Yoga for healing to Veterans, trauma survivors, at risk youth, addicts, people coping with PTSD and other specialty groups. Her focus is on body and breath awareness.
Jennifer currently teaches privately and leads group classes at varying locations. She runs workshops, exclusive classes and offers yoga for specialty events.
