IBM i 7.4 was announced just last year on April 23rd and GA on June 21st, 2019. The IBM i team continues to roll out new features and enhancements to the operating system. Steve Sibley, Vice President, Power Systems Offering Management, and Steve Will, Chief Architect, IBM i, will update the community on the future roadmap and strategy of Power Systems and IBM i as well as present a synopsis of the latest enhancements.

Steve has worked on the IBM i operating system and its predecessors since the initial development of the AS/400. Since 2007, he has been the IBM i Chief Architect, responsible for the strategy of the operating system and the plan for future releases.

Steve Sibley

VP, IBM Power Systems Offering Management

Steve Sibley is the vice president of IBM Power Systems Offering Management.
